The PDM chose to action the creation of the universe.

But the problem not addressed is that it is impossible to choose "when" to do something unless there is a continuum - the choice is of a point somewhere along the continuum (maybe think of it as an axis). If there is no continuum/axis, there is no choice.

The PDM existed timelessly/changelessly, so there was no continuum, so no choice could be made to exit the changeless/timeless existence. To put it another way, the choice (a change) required a pre-existing change continuum, but the change continuum required a prior change (to escape changelessness/timelessness). Hence a circular argument. The only way out of that is to posit an Agent who would trigger the "circle". But that Agent would need to exist in a change/time continuum, so if we follow this tjhrough we have an infinite regress of Agents (or an Agent that exists from negative infinity), thus negating the requirement of the KCA that there is no infinite regress (or negative infinity). There is no solution the the KCA if infinite regress is denied - that would be not logical. Even God cannot do something that is not logical. Thus the KCA is a nonsense. rgds.igorhttp://a.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8766213929139682844.post-63126974958166789452017-08-24T17:14:17.559-07:002017-08-24T17:14:17.559-07:00Dr. Craig refers to a metaphysical time that preda...Dr. Craig refers to a metaphysical time that predated the universe, and that this time is non-relative. However, in doing so, do you agree that Craig has admitted that there is something that temporally existed before t = 0 at the Big bang? If so, then that means creation ex nihilo is false.
Nedwinnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8766213929139682844.post-6492476888379181442017-06-25T02:18:29.241-07:002017-06-25T02:18:29.241-07:00Alex, as always very clear and concise - I do wish...Alex, as always very clear and concise - I do wish the public debaters of WLC could be this clear and publicly detroy WLC - He really is a conceited bloke who I think often wins because of his super-fast presentation that no one has a chance to understand let alone critique.

Keep up your good work and may your 'A' levels be a success.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11000949535136682939noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8766213929139682844.post-57603240421637867612017-04-21T09:35:07.208-07:002017-04-21T09:35:07.208-07:00This comment has been removed by the author.Aronhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03068045949033111747noreply@blogger.com
